The 5-step workflow
Register your clinic
Create an account at wmvetortho.com/portal/register. New accounts are approved by the WMVO team, usually within 1-2 business days.
Submit a new case
Enter patient signalment, clinical history, and your question for Dr. Smith. The form captures everything needed for a complete review.
Upload imaging and records
Upload X-rays, bloodwork, and clinical notes directly through the portal. Files are stored securely in a private Supabase bucket with signed URLs.
Dr. Smith reviews and reports
Dr. Smith reviews the case, writes a radiology-style report, and sends it back through the portal and via email to the referring clinic.
Track case status
Log in anytime to see submitted cases, pending reports, and completed reports with full case history attached.
